Schedule an Appointment With Your Bellevue Psychiatrist

01

Consultation

First, request a call for your initial consultation. This is a ten-minute discussion with one of our psychiatrists to see if you are a match for our services and to discuss our high-yield policies and fees.

02

Scheduling

At the end of this initial consultation, we may schedule an initial visit with one of our psychiatrists. Typically, patients can expect to hold their first appointment 1-2 weeks after their consultation call.

03

Initial Visit

Your first appointment is an in-depth, often 90-minute session where your psychiatrist will take a deep dive into your medical history, current and past mental health challenges, lifestyle practices and behaviors, and any other issues you might be facing. This allows our psychiatrists to better understand your current situation and provide an accurate diagnosis.

04

Treatment Plan

Typically, at the end of your initial 90-minute appointment, your psychiatrist will provide you with a diagnosis (or area for development) and will formulate a subsequent treatment plan. This may include medication management, talk therapy, behavioral optimization, or a combination of those services. You and your psychiatrist will work together to develop a scheduling plan that aligns with your needs and goals.
