About Dr. Philips
Approach
When working with patients, I am dedicated to helping patients achieve or enhance their psychological well-being. In my practice, I use various forms of psychotherapy, such as supportive psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
When necessary, I prescribe medications to help patients, but am strongly against over-prescribing medications. I believe in finding an optimal dose of a medication that will make patients feel better, while minimizing the risk of side effects or medication interactions.
